About Us

At Partners in Learning, we are a team of dedicated education professionals with over 20 years of collective experience across a range of educational roles, including guiding schools, systems, and educational collectives through professional learning, development, and evaluation. Our team has collaborated with a wide range of stakeholders across the Australian education landscape, including Government, Catholic, and Independent sectors with a shared commitment to enhancing both learning outcomes and wellbeing for students and educators alike.

We are passionate about applying the latest research in the science of learning and evidence-informed practices to drive sustainable improvement. Through strategic, data-driven approaches, Partners in Learninghas collaborated with over 2,000 educational settings including two major education systems, supporting the effective implementation of high-impact educational strategies. Our work is grounded in evidence-based decision-making, using proven methods to foster an environment where both students and educators thrive.

We are strong advocates for the role of authentic voice in educational change, believing that collaboration and co-design are essential to achieving meaningful outcomes. By listening to and collaborating alongside students, teachers, leaders, and educational systems, we ensure that the voices of those directly involved in the learning process shape the strategies we implement.

Our approach draws on a deep understanding of the principles of the science of learning, including cognitive load theory, formative assessment, and the power of teacher-student relationships, ensuring that our solutions are both effective and sustainable in the long term.

We are committed to making a difference by providing high-quality, evidence-based professional learning that empowers educators and leaders to create impactful change within their communities.
